Potato World is a small museum in Florenceville-Bristol, aka "French Fry Capital of the World." The museum is quite well done, with many panels, videos, and display equipment, but it can't overcome the disappointment of the Harvest Café being closed! We didn't get to try any of the novelty fries or the potato smoothie...
